Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Shipping Times We ship to the United States and select international destinations. Estimated delivery times:

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your shipment directly with the carrier.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us with a photo of the item and your order number.
